RadyoSU values the protection of your personal data and acts as the data controller in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Law No. 6698).

RadyoSU does not collect:

Our application adopts a privacy-friendly, minimalist data collection approach.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
The data we collect is processed for the following purposes:
• Providing radio streaming service
• Delivering news and content
• Recording and displaying poll results
• Improving application performance
• Detecting and resolving technical issues
• Enhancing user experience
• Fulfilling legal obligations
Your data is not used for purposes other than these.

• Google Cloud Platform: Server infrastructure and API services
• Your data is absolutely not sold or shared for advertising purposes
International Data Transfers:
Your data is processed and stored on Google Cloud Platform servers. These servers may be located outside the European Union. All data transfers are conducted with appropriate security measures.
5. Data Retention Period
We retain your data for the following periods:
• Poll votes: Duration of active poll
• Error reports: 90 days
• Notification tokens: Until app deletion
• Application settings: Until user deletion
• Log records (IP address): 30 days
Subject to legal retention obligations, your data will be deleted or anonymized after the specified periods.
6. Data Security
We take the following measures to ensure the security of your personal data:
• All data transmission is encrypted with HTTPS
• Data is stored on secure servers
• Access controls and authorization systems
• Regular security updates
• Security vulnerability scans
However, please note that data transmission over the internet is not 100% secure. We do our best to protect your data.

Your requests will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires additional costs, the KVKK Tariff will apply.
9. Children's Privacy
Our application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.
If you are under 13 years old, please obtain permission from your parent or guardian before using our application.
Parents' Attention:
If you become aware that personal data of a child under 13 has been collected by us, please contact us at privacy@radyosufm.com. We will delete such data immediately.

Significant Changes:
